Accelerated Execution and Control of Operations Review Course - London, Ontario

Learn to translate plans into operational activities and define and apply techniques in the operations field.  Topics include:

  • Comparing actual output to plans and taking appropriate corrective actions

Accelerated Basics of Supply Chain Management - Lambton College, Sarnia Ontario

The basic concepts in managing the complete flow of materials in a supply chain from suppliers to customers are covered in the Basics module.

This module covers manufacturing, distribution, service, and retail industries. This includes the fundamental relationships in the design, planning, execution, monitoring, and control that occur. Knowledge of the material in this module is assumed as a prerequisite for the other

APICS CPIM modules, which cover similar topics in much greater depth. Topics include:

  • Understanding basic businesswide concepts, including understanding various supply chain environments
  • Managing demand, including markets and customer expectations
  • Designing products, processes, and information systems
  • Understanding supply issues including inventory costs, functions, and metrics

APICS  Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Febraruy 25, 2017 - London, Ontario

The CSCP program takes a broad view of the field to encompass all of the steps throughout the supply chain - from the suppliers, through the company, to the end consumer.

An APICS CSCP designation will help you:

The Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) certification provides you with the information you need to meet today’s supply chain logistics challenges.

As supply chains evolve and expand, APICS members are becoming more involved in logistics, transportation and distribution functions. This certification program addresses the growing need for training, knowledge and expertise within the field of logistics and transportation. The APICS CLTD designation will equip individuals and teams with essential knowledge to reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction and achieve recognition as a logistics expert.
